They make false commitments just to inboard employees. The insurance policies ar every less as compar to industrial standards No skills upliftment programe Seniors were very unprofessional,unstructured. They will treat employees like an animal.

No timely appraisals and there’s a delay of 2 quarters. It means promotion or appraisal came after 1.5 year of work and even that depends on the management. The rotational shift will highly affect physical and mental health.

Learning is really good, they even push you to do certifications. Work life balance for me is good and the projects are all good enough to learn something new.

Dislikes

Appraisal meetings are just an eyewash in HCL not sure about other projects but for me never had a discussion, everything decided based on customer feedback. Sad part is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.

It’s good to work at HCLTech, but unfortunately I am working at a Client location and HCLTech doesn’t care at all regarding these employees. HR’s doesn’t respond properly and the process of connecting with them is the worst.

I don’t satisfy to work in hcl as a fresher they did not provide any trainings or any proper guidance they just play with fresher it is very bad culture in hcl as in experienced

Totally i dislike work with hcl as a freher they did not give any proper training or proper right path fresher they are playing like toys with fresher and the end they finally kept on pip and terminated from hcl

The work culture and the fact that the manager is given your whole career in his/her hands to do whatever they wish with it and even the HRs are bribed and sold to the projects they handle that they take no fair action. Even in good renowned projects there are stupid and insecure managers who won't even let you grow. I wish to leavethe organisation soonest possible, just waiting for the right opportunity. Salary hike was not prompt year on year they hold the hike for 3 months, which means 4 years with hike and one year without hike in 5 yrs of your tenure. No one is bothered about it. Managers will not call for appraisal discussion.

They play with employees career. Without knowing employees profile they put the employee in any process. Annual increment is not there. When increment time will come they change the process or put employees in bench. They includes the Bonus amount in CTC and told you this much is your CTC but in reality they give very less amount of Bonus although that is part of CTC. PF deducted both sides from yout Salary.
