The project I worked(multiple) I got every leader friendly and understanding and helpful. Projects were also challenging.

Dislikes

HR' are the most busiest person (More than PM of India) They think they are the only person who is working in the organisation and we all are just taking salaries for free. I think, I can some how able to speak/meet an IAS officer but to talk to HR it seems more difficult. I would suggest just send a mail to HR if you want to talk to them keeping manager in CC.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
