Favourism is most common thing is there, if you are hard working and good in something, they dont care about it they only appreciate the person who is doing buttering whole day and that person got salary hike and appraisal also. They neglect hard working and Smart working person.

No work life balance , worst office environment I have came across, salary benefits are almost null , Moreover you can be a good politician working in HCL as there are humongous amount of office politics. Favouritism & discrimination is at his peaks , just dance on your managers tune and you are all set for HCL .

After being a high performer for the last 3 years, I can say that at HCL you will have only 2 things: job security and supportive colleagues.

No increment, even if you are a very hardworking or top performer here; they really don't care.

Growth in hcltech to connection with international official guest interaction. To learn more about international and domestic work balance.

Dislikes

Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.

There are plenty of projects and challenges to learn from.

Dislikes

Management is worse. Manager’s decision is always last in case of any conflict, junior employees don’t have a say. HR is just for name sake, and never replies on time. Non of the policies that are there for employee’s benefit are followed. Work life balance is terrible.

Appraisals, no matter what you do if you don't have a good bond with manager it is going to be low. Revised offer letter for increment takes 6 months to be released after appraisal cycle is closed and much more.

Work Culture here is good. People are friendly and suppportive, leaving few exceptions. Working hours are flexible. Hybrid working system is employee friendly.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits and promotion is far below the market rates. They give equal percentage to everyone irrespective of their work. Work recognition is not up to the mark. Permanent work from office may start soon.

They hire experience professional as fresher as very less basic salary that is ₹11,700, no night allowance. House rent allowance of ₹125. So think how hcl exploits our employees.

This company in Lucknow here employs are donkey in human body for them 0 increments management is very bad salary and hr team hire employees in such a bad way jhoot bol kaar hire krte hai and experience ko bhi fresher mai consider krte hai
