In HCL there is nothing to like about.

In HCL there is no job security and no benifits. Salary is also very low even a daily wage worker can earn more compare to hcl employees. Management is not supportive and HR is also not listening anyone. Pathetic work place.

Salary on time is the only benefit from this company.

Dislikes

No promotion. No growth opportunities. No support from HR management you can ever get. No salary increment. When they are in profit they will give you 5% increment. Recently they are in loss they are telling us that there is no promotion.

Let me count salary ,work life balance , politics,leads who are stucked don't want to go any where will stop your growth

Less salary -Unsatisfactory appraisal -Least chances of promotion -Very difficult to grow professionally and try to change the track for exploring a new field -Incompetent/ Unprofessional managers setting up the toxic environment
