There is job security compared to other companies. They do not believe in hire and fire. They have many projects to work, so there is bit security for job as you have plenty of work to do. Salary is on time. Will get chance to learn new things and certifications.

There is no real transparency in promotion. Even there is no automated process to pick persons who has not promoted for last more than couple of years. Salary hike is very less in percentage, mostly in single digit. Sometimes no hike at all. Fully micromanaging tool (Sapience) to check utilization of 9 hours, for which most of the employees are dissatisfied irrespective of theirs' successful project deliveries.
