Joining salary is good.

Dislikes

HR department make baseless allegations to remove the employee. Even though when there is no compliance issue, policy violation or customer escalation. Without proof they force to resign.

nothing, worst experience i have ever seen as a fresher.

Dislikes

no shift allowance no salary hikes, as a fresher i got my first appraisal letter after 2 years, in which salary increment is just 3k in hand

Need advice on HCL joining Date

I got one offer from HCL with the joining date as 28Dec 2024,I clearly told HR while accepting that my notice period will be extended till Jan 2nd Week and HR agreed. Now till today I didn't get any extension letter after multiple follow ups . Not sure what to do?
