If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Almost everything HR treats you dispensable by equating you like factory workers in name of hybrid working. Coincidentally the HR head who devised this policy actually indeed worked in industrial setup before getting a break in HCL god knows how They ask you to be present 9 hours a day even for global roles that are not really dependent on clock in and clock out hours.
