I joined as a fresher. They tranined me in medical domain and we are following the as per medical process. I am very much clear about the medical domain process for verification and validation. I feel like my job and my career is secure.

Dislikes

Based on the project we will get onsite opponurnity. Not for all project.

The ever leading topic of notice period

I am working currently as a team lead for hcl and since idiotically I didn't switch any companies from start 2019 till now, I have a measly ctc of 4.3 lpa. I got an offer accepting 8lpa , but they are demanding to join in 15 days. And hcltech, being the company it is, is having 90 days notice period, negotiable to 60 days only. Initial negotiation with my current manager and the new company hr didn't go over that well, I am in a bind now. Any suggestions?
