Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

I don't like UPM project management. They think like they are the boss of the company and not encourage who really have good knowledge and talent to improve skills they only recruiting thair community people's from Panjab. HCL UPM service manager Jagjot is a worst condidate. ODC is like Panjabi daba. Many people's are leving the project due to his and management harresments. Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
