If we are looking for cool life then its good.. Work culture is good we can easily balance the prof and personal life.

Dislikes

Don't expect the hike and promotions. If we are working for pay then I shouldn't recommand this company but am sure the life will go cool with less work presure here

The HCL India pvt Ltd is one concern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Dislikes

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

Fully hindi speaking people control higher population.Ratings are not given base on skill and capabilities.mostly south people will be under estimated purosely by north people.

Dislikes

8year bond for 12th students.education provided to techbee is not regular which will spoil future. South people are getting kicked by north people intentionally by giving flase ratings to ensure hindi speaking people sustainablity

Nothing as such you need to appear for interview after interview to secure a project and the company itself makes you alien when you are in bench, no exposure to technology and you can't upgrade your skill with the kind of work

Almost everything HR treats you dispensable by equating you like factory workers in name of hybrid working. Coincidentally the HR head who devised this policy actually indeed worked in industrial setup before getting a break in HCL god knows how They ask you to be present 9 hours a day even for global roles that are not really dependent on clock in and clock out hours. And god forsake even if you manage to get good ratings it shall be generally delayed by an year easily. The top creamy layer always gets the attention they need but overall the organization is an goverment organization.
