My manager was good in communication to me. I did not stay for.long in this company. Just 6 months since fake promise of onsite done to me so I left immediately.

Fake promises of onsite. They promised me Dubai onsite before joining n joined without much hike. Then they made me to join in India n said it will take time.to process visa n all but onsite manager said.this role is offsite only. Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

Almost everything HR treats you dispensable by equating you like factory workers in name of hybrid working. Coincidentally the HR head who devised this policy actually indeed worked in industrial setup before getting a break in HCL god knows how They ask you to be present 9 hours a day even for global roles that are not really dependent on clock in and clock out hours.
