They didn't think about there employees at all. They only want you to work 18+ hours after that they didn't give you any hike and appreciation at all. Also the corporate politics is at high level.

My manager was good in communication to me. I did not stay for.long in this company. Just 6 months since fake promise of onsite done to me so I left immediately.

Fake promises of onsite. They promised me Dubai onsite before joining n joined without much hike. Then they made me to join in India n said it will take time.to process visa n all but onsite manager said.this role is offsite only. Their have 10hrs work policy and if doing from home ask to extend the shift if not doing then giving bad rating in appraisals. Almost everything HR treats you dispensable by equating you like factory workers in name of hybrid working. Coincidentally the HR head who devised this policy actually indeed worked in industrial setup before getting a break in HCL god knows how They ask you to be present 9 hours a day even for global roles that are not really dependent on clock in and clock out hours. Delaying while recruiting and also delays in appraisals by 14 to 15 months. They should really work on this parts.

This organization has extremely toxic culture, get ready for no promotions/appraisal they will give you all sorts of reasons to skip discussion about appraisals. And god forsake even if you manage to get good ratings it shall be generally delayed by an year easily. The top creamy layer always gets the attention they need but overall the organization is an goverment organization.
