Nothing .People in this organisation are only looking for your 1 mistake .. Owner at the time of joining is very polite once you joined she turns into like we are her servents. She makes people embarrassed at every mistake.. Not a sales orientated company.. They just look into your email drafting how you are typing what you are typing... The owner of this organisation is miss Prerna she comes into the office and sits with the RND head and production people the whole day like she is a teacher and all are listening to her. RND head has nothing to do with research and development he just remains a personal assistant. .. This organisation is just for boys only and 2 girls working wfh since so long... Why they remained here bcoz try are doing wfh... Less interaction. Also, they talk cross conversation so when you are in a meeting you don't know what to write whatnot. People will trap you anyways in front of her... So from my side is no... Don't go there no working culture no eating space you have to stand in Que to have your lunch..all are males working..
