There is very little chance of personal development, promoters are scared of development and entire administration is confined to them only.. I don’t need someone’s welfare, but a program where I get what I deserve which they lack this

Got to learn many things.. mostly practical knowledge. I think shall always help take my decision entire life. As far as things like colleagues, growth, life balance, etc.. very bad experience as non were interested to provide personal contributions. Was directly reporting the promoter.. finalisation of all accounts, taxation, financials, CO-ordinate with CA and other people and have the returns etc filed timely.. day to day banking and comply their formality..
