As a company H&M has a good work culture with good work life balance. Good benefits for employees such as 2 week offs, minimum 13 hours gap between the shifts, mediclaim etc.

Dislikes

Nowadays company is undergoing with lot of internal politics and favourism, lot of work pressure on every profile due to high expectations with very limited man power to achieve budget goals. Promoting the favoured ones for next level is certainly creating dissatifaction and demotivation amongst staffs who are willing to grow at H&M.
