Working at this company has been a deeply frustrating experience. The management's lack of transparency and disregard for employee rights is evident in multiple aspects of the workplace. Employees are consistently denied increments, despite thorough performance appraisals that clearly show their dedication and hard work. There is asignificant refusal to acknowledge Indian company laws, particularly in terms of paid leave. This is not only legally concerning but also creates an environment where employees are left feeling unsupported and undervalued. The refusal to provide proper incentives or compensate fairly for efforts only adds to this sense of dissatisfaction. The most concerning issue, however, is the salary disparity. Many employees are underpaid, while a select few—mainly senior team leads and long-standing members—are highly compensated. Unfortunately, the senior members rarely speak out for the junior employees, fearing that it could negatively impact their own pay or even their job security. This lack of advocacy creates a toxic work culture where employees feel disconnected, undervalued, and helpless in their pursuit of fair compensation. Overall, this company prioritizes a select few while neglecting the majority of its workforce. It's a difficult environment to work in, and I would not recommend it to those seeking a fair, supportive, and transparent workplace....Read More

Salary management is horrible here. From the very beginning, very high salaries and incentives were approved for many, contrastingly some, like myself, had to begin with a very nominal salary. The high salaried employees are happy but it has created an imbalance in the pay structure, specially when most are preforming similar works.This has led me and my team to feel undervalued and demotivated, on seeing our peers in other teams being compensated more generously for similar and even easier tasks. When salary increments are handed out as a general percentage across all teams, the income disparity only worsens. The Management is unaware of the criticality or how-time-consuming the tasks are, so , they often overpay some employees while leaving many critical-task workers , underpaid in terms of the company’s salary slabs. Even with many appeals to the management, the situation has not improved. A more knowledgeable salary, increment, and incentive distribution would have kept the likes of me more motivated and productive, unfortunately the current system only breeds frustration and disengagement....Read More
