Staff is very Nice and Cooperative.

Dislikes

Owners are very selfish. They don't follow national rules like they are working on national holidays such as on Independence day and on Republic day. No promotion, No appraisals no EPF , NO leave allowances benefits, Totally rubbish organization.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
