Freedom of Work & Excellent work environment which treats employee like a family.

Dislikes

Yearly appraisal process is slow & always use to extend upto mid of the year but the best part is arrears will allotted from first month of year as a difference amount of salary hike.

Work environment was good, location was suitable for me with transport facility given by company. The team was good and fun working.

Usual office politics and biased top management.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
