It seem like their “strategic movement” is more about scooping up other companies to boost their market presence, then desperately trying to patch their brand onto what ever they just bought hoping no one notices the lack of originality.

Dislikes

The leadership team seems to think that because they have invested money they also purchased the right to speak to employees however they like, tossing the comment “bharat lekar aaya hai kya?” “If all of them dont speak positive regarding Gruve you all will be fired”. And the leadership team says we speak transparently and clear.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
