While working in the company it looks like its pretty good. But after completing one month it feels like they are just dependent on you even on your training period. Due to their bad decision and timings they are on short in their business. And also facing major problem which now companies are facing due to wrong decision which is employee retention. While retaining their clients they forgot to retain its own employees. Focusing on enlarge your it's good and appreciated but with the blind eyes that will be a mistake. Its a natural thing maintain good relations with one or two people they will be there for you. But here in this company it's doesn't look alike....Read More

These people don't have any atticate how to talk to their employees ashok kataria manager of this firm is so rude same as rakshika these people have no boundaries on their words even an illiterate mam of village have more atticate that how to talk to a person .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
