Attitude of seniors and employer is very friendly. Motivate alot to increase our efficiency. Good work culture and helps for further employment and knowledge updation and work appreciated. Completely satisfied.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
