I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

In this company senior are very much co-operative.They are supportive guiding me to do the work properly.

In this Company growth is very slow. Sometimes the work load is high,I have to work 10-12 hours in a day.

Over here i am taking care of day to day financial transaction and daily record of the buying ans selling of Forex in office software.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
