It was a UK international inbound call centre, customer care with upselling at the end of the call. Working environment was professional and good.

Used to take inbound customer service and order call to process order advertised on Ideal world TV channel in UK with upselling at the end of the call.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
