Godawari Industrial Traders is one of the best company which is giving chance to Fresher's. The working culture is quite good and all the facilities are provided by company which is the basic need of an employee. The Director of the Company remains in touch with every employee personally so that anyone can share his/her problems .

Dislikes

The most dislike thing is the interference by office staff in site work.

Work Details

Iam working as a Site Engineer since last 1year . Now I can say that I did all kind of works individually at Site whether it is any technical issue, coordination with client, T&P Management etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Company is good for trainie engineers, company gives a chance to freshers. Company's Engineers are very supportive.

Dislikes

Managment put too much pressure on Engineers for material reconciliation, material Managment, steel reconciliation any time.... Salary is too much low, no increment. Bad politics in company.
