Nothing...only the Surroundings are a bit clean.

Everything. Mostly people working there. Don't care about employees and treat very rudely and few employees doesn't have basic manners. To prove themselves great they let others down very badly in a wrong way without proper knowledge.

They have a group called "GEL Family" and they do treat you like a family. You respect every senior and even if you put in 50% of your efforts, you will have no issue working here. Every colleague as well as senior is very friendly and very helpful. You have any difficulty just pick up your phone and call any employee of the company and they will make sure they give you proper guidance.

Dislikes

Their projects are directly associated to general public so even they don't have a choice. Anything breaks down has to be fixed at highest priority. It can be considered as the moment of pride because your contribution is helping every individual but at the cost of your sacrifices. Getting holidays is a challenge.

Useless organization with useless people . Join only if you aim to get some peanut salary to feed yourself . With the legacy framework don't even expect any career growth but be ready to a whole lot of petty and cheap office politics
