First they will show you it is good company and you will get promotions then after 3 months without any proper reason they will terminate you
My experience was good in globiva as colleges used to be good and supportive.
Dislikes
I disliked only one thing which is time management as sometimes organization asks the employees to extend their working hours without any pay so in my opinion there should be some pay for working extra hours as well as if someone works extra even one hour hence it should be considered as OT.

As I was went through consultancy they clearly mention about job details but company people were doing politics don't go there and attend interview because it's waste of time and money.
