This company policy of service np for 90 days really discomfort and manager who thinks they have powerful horn Specially Martina, Poonam, Vishal and our lead Manager Prem Nath good for nothing this people can destroy your career. which sucks and IBM making it more miserable. Don't join hr doesn't bother don't waste your time and career

Management about specific ESI process is not co-operative. And team feel uncomfortable with the management. I would suggest to change the management.
