Ibm offer bench policy 7b
For 7b band YOE 8 AZURE data engineer tech stack, mentioned in the @ibm offer letter we have to get allocated in the project by 30 days. How strict is this ? And how much assistantence we get to onboard in the project.

The 30 day rule is usually strict but you’ll get training and support during onboarding, check with HR or your manager for more details
