Environment is good,no pressure from upper management.feel free to work.asm are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is not good.growth is poor in this company.low salary and expenses also very low than other pharmaceutical company.

Work Details

No formal training.sometime struggle in this company.but environment is good for newcomer who want to be an experienced candidate.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
