I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Environment is good,no pressure from upper management.feel free to work.asm are supportive.

Salary is not good.growth is poor in this company.low salary and expenses also very low than other pharmaceutical company.
