A lot of programs to upskill Most projects have latest tech. Pay is good considering it is a IT service organisation, just try to negotiate as much as you can at time of joining.

Salary without any variable pay and other benefits are good. You will find good clients and projects. Work culture is good. work life balance is good in most of the projects.

Dislikes

Once you get into some project then you need to be there for lifetime until you are out of Global Logic or unless project rampdown. Even if you are interested to learn other new techniques or bored of current routine work also you are not allowed to change the team or technology or project.

Depends on project, in some cases you can shine and get good opportunities, with respect to learning and growth. Management is easily approachable

Need to be clear in vision and promises to employees, getting converted slowly to typical service based org

Multiple client are opportunity , for each client you have to face interview of 2 or 3 rounds. you will get practiced .

Dislikes

HR giving more packages to external candidate but for retaining internal candidate they are not doing anything. Micromanagement in few project. They having policy if candidate didn't cleared 2 round of interview they can move out to the candidate.
