I didn’t like, company gives false commitments to their employee. 3 years wasted of my life. After 3 years we just got 5% appraisal. Even after putting paper company didn’t think to retain the employee who really woked hard to success the project.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.
Appraisals are happening only in 2 years and sometimes get hold as well. Recently the management is into micro-management and this affects the mental peace at work. Even for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Too much partiality is shown. If you are favorable to the manager, then lucky for you! For female employees can not even get a leave if they are having health problems.
