Likes

The most employee friendly company I've worked in my 18 years of professional career. They give amole opportunities for every individual to prove their worth. Though they don't match the industry standards coming to the compensation, they are the best company to give u a proper work life balance.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits, if they can match the industry standards, nothing like that..

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
