I have been working with Global Franchise Consulting for 1 year, my overall experience has been good so far. The management is very supportive and focuses on team building, good performers are appreciated and rewarded with perks & privileges. The business development functional head is result-oriented and supports its sales team members in achieving revenue growth numbers, through proper guidance. HR is very professional and there is a proper road map for every employee for his/her career growth in the company....Read More

The company is operating in a highly competitive market, therefore there is constant pressure to achieve sales target numbers, The attrition level is at par with the other market players, which can be improved by streamlining various processes.
