I have been working with Global Franchise Consulting for 1 year, my overall experience has been good so far. The management is very supportive and focuses on team building, good performers are appreciated and rewarded with perks & privileges. The business development functional head is result-oriented and supports its sales team members in achieving revenue growth numbers, through proper guidance. HR is very professional and there is a proper road map for every employee for his/her career growth in the company.
