Teammates used to pull down each other, improper training, job security zero, no career growth at all, salary was not as per talk with entrepreneur, appraisal was on the basis of male and female, no travel, senior of companies never ever given chance to right person instead gave opportunity to lead under knowledge and less experienced teammates during my employment, to learn so many things was there, work environment was no upto the mark, yes innovation was always there but it was for organisation welfare not was for welfare of employees, work life balance was ok ....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
