1- The vice president Mrs. Poonam Chandel is such a toxic person that she thinks she knows everything and doesn’t respect anyone’s individuality. 2-The vice president and the CEO Defame every employee in front of others. 3-There are no HR policies 4-Unnecessary salary deductions 5-No escalation matrix 6-Nobody should buy any product from their company, pathetic services after sales.

Workculture zero they do discrimination they do false promises during interview then gives you trouble zero respect of employees everyone their does back bitching you can't talk you can't express they just criticize your work they will send you out for their work also then Don't pay for it , you do sales but incentives you will get according to them you will join the company but you will get offer letter according to them and appointment letter after 2 months after asking for it again and again and morever you won't get any salary slip the Allowance will be checked and will give chillars in your hand and you can't eat lunch together you can't go outside the office you can't share anything with your colleagues. Nothing, literally nothing day 1 I knew I took a wrong decision by accepting their fake offer and leaving my secured job. Never got my promised salary structure in written, your training salary will eventually become your permanent salary.
