Families atmosphere to work and for Freshers they can learn and grown up their learning skills.

For poor work culture and the behaviour of the co workers is very important,but for the poor culture it's very difficult to grow up and continuation the job there for long term job

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
