I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Company doesn't care employees. Company only culture follow use and throw. Company terminated employee without geniune reason. Boss very happy with termination. No paid leave provide only doing work more then 11 hours.

Dislikes

Like & dislike is both are same. In time is there & out time not there. If you like join these company first you sacrifice your personal life. Company want those people work like a robot. Work pressure is more then you think/ imagine. Termination policy company follow without prior notice. Those people join these company at his own risk. I told you regarding company as you wise to join or not.
