Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Great place to start off your career if you want to get into core electronics engineering field. The owner, Mr. Mahajan is the most helpful, approachable and knowledgeable person you can find, who will help you in learning and harnessing the skills a lot.

Dislikes

As it is a very small org. there is no structure or culture which is well established. The salary you earn here is very less again due to the size of org. if you are solely dependent on the salary that you earn here, you will struggle to survive.
