In my opinion, working here will make you sick. This company is a landfill of social trauma. Working here will make you realize how mentally sick, shameless and morally hollow some individuals are. The HR here Meenakshi Makar is a real idiot. The company is providing a cab service which is apparently a selling point for Makar, it isan another level scam altogether. If you are unlucky enough to get stuck in that cab with Makar's boyfriend the cab mafia joker, rest in shit Anubhav Chugli Yadav and his ladyboy sidekick Deepak Agarwal, you are in for a madman's nightmare, for a 80 minute travel distance you are travelling 5 hours on a good day. These trivial shits start to matter since this is the only way they can make their presence known. Stooping up to making illegal deductions, false accusations , physical intimidation and derisive stares, Makar and her boyfriend Chugli are constant practitioners. Everything is fair when it is not applied on these jokers. Well anyways, do yourself a favor, if you want to live a life do not join this sorry excuse for an organization and beware of the Meenakshi Makar's and Anubhav Yadav's of this world. Work Culture: The work environment is toxic beyond belief. Expect unpaid labor during weekends, holidays, and even during your off-duty hours. It's not just inconvenient; it's a blatant disregard for work-life balance. Compensation: Timely payment is a foreign concept here. Salaries are consistently delayed, and promises of pay raises and bonuses are just that—promises, never fulfilled. Management: The management practices are a modern-day form of corporate slavery.
