If you are switching from one domain ( industry) to other just like me because you have strong inclination towards academic industry, then it's a decent platform.You will get the opportunity to learn a lot of things from scratch but don't expect growth. On-Job training was provided. Talking about environment, colleagues were supportive. Overall, decent place to kick start in academic industry.This will boost your confidence as well skills and make you ready for high-end academic firms....Read More

Not a place to find growth in salary terms.Only for basic learning. Pathetic Incentive structure . Delay in salary even before covid-19 pandemic.
