This company is good and can be consider for long term career, however-one cannot stay when your boss is not good and lack leadership issues. If your Boss is unethical and politics minded, you cannot grow and one cannot stay even if you work for Google or Microsoft. Processes, policies are for name sake, decisions are taken at the whims of the managment. Exception is the one true policy. You need to be good at office politics or you won't last long basis just your work. The organization loves to pretend that they are an MNC but in reality it's a Lala company.

I sometimes feel I will loose my life owing to the extra stress and work pressure that we face on everyday basis. We receive calls unexpectedly at any time and are expected to answer those or be online at any time. There is no concept of work life balance here.
