This organisation believes in favoritism. If you are not favorite then they just ask you to leave the organisation. If you try to change anything or implement any rules or regulations...then its guaranteed that you are out of the office. Rules to be followed by only some. Favorites are given the flexibility and liberty as per theirwishes. Nobody cares after you joining. Everything you only need to get things in place. Not a tall process oriented.
