The people are good, humble and hardworking. You will always get the help needed from everyone.

Dislikes

Silent layoffs (every 6 months). Appraisal below MNC's Standard. Unrealistic expectations with regards to timelines and availability. Promotions cycle and slots not adequate, less promotions/employee ratio.
