No Cabs and travelling expenses provided and working under clinets location makes it worse. Traveling 35km self daily with one week off that too changes every week.

Work culture to mangers behavior. Basically there are several project/process. Few of them from top clients. Few Senior managers from Content Curation team and GPPRS Chandan Kumar Singh, Kumar Anjanay all of these people are very much unprofessional and they lie about project deadline, ramp up, these people will force you out of company if you are in their bad books. Managers or FLM's here are the worst few of them are Mohd Wahib, Tariq Jameel are one of the worst managers of all because they are partial and play politics with employee. These people will give chances to their favorite employees or their known people. Every IJP is rigged and candidates are already selected due to favoritism. Id say, it is a place one would love to work with, anytime once again. Worklife balance was still good and manageable as Corona was an unexpected time for everyone of us to get tied ul to the table WFH, the first taste of work from the home. Salary is good. Promotions are pretty much decent. Can't just thank enough and I'd love to working with Genpact once again, now. Looking for an opportunity.

Poor management in the Chennai office, particularly at the VP, AVP and HR levels. Leadership lacks professionalism and integrity, leading to a negative work environment. Employees careers are being adversely affected due to ineffective and immature decision making. The management team does not demonstrate the capability to run production efficiently.

There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here
