The People I am working with are very Cooperative. The work culture is very positive and employees have a lot of freedom for working as they like.

Dislikes

Pay grade is not equal to employees working at same designation and in the same process.

Don't join Kolkata Genpact because it has toxic environment as well as toxic people. People seating in higher position like managers, they are very much arrogant and rude not at all well mannered. It's my personal experience. I regret joining Kolkata Genpact.

6 days working, only one week of, salary also is 15k per month only, customers u get are terrible, it's more like a sales roles, if ur interested in sales then only apply for this role else dont

I got best officemates. Nothing apart from this. Day shift working for 9 hrs , 6 days a week with no fixed off & night shift 10 hrs working, 5 days a week with rotational off

Day shift is for 9 hrs and 1 hr break, 6 days working, night shift 10 hrs work & 1 hr break, 5 days working no fixed off. Leaves will be granted rarely. You will get increments by the end of this universe. You will definitely die out of stress and frustration

No proper management, will change your shift where ever they feel like to do so. You can be in the same shift for months and you could also be given different shifts every month. Least salary given by this company compared to the market. Strict working hours, you need to give 8.5 hrs of billing time and also sometimes 8 hr 45 mins because they are short of billing and you wouldn't be paid any extra for the extra work....Read More

Nothing I like. Just normal.office .no fun activities or anything. Always working. And full of restrictions. No.mobile allowed.

About work culture.its not good. We cannot apply to other comoany while at work. Mobiles aare not allowed so it's tough.

The treat you like robots and ask for production 10-12 hours daily if you are working from home and if you are going ro office the ask to stretch your shift. even asking for login on weekend shamelessly

Very less payer company and work load too much. Shift is officially 9 hrs bt actual shift 12 hrs. Corporate politics too much

The company provides good atmosphere in general and the people and managers are nice. There are opportunities to upskill as well.

Dislikes

The work hours and the break policy is terrible and downright harmful to the employees health concerns. There is no work life balance as there is only a weekly off and that is rotational as well which might leave people working for 7 days consecutively.

Toxic culture. Hardworking folks are often exploited for client unreasonable demands. Lost a lot of weight and had health issues due to irregularity in night shifts. Expensive cafeteria with limited options. Overall, it was really poor experience
