Easy to get through management redressal system . Don’t know about other projects so far the Projects worked for are great in rms of learning and upskilling yourself . Also supportive managers ., hybrid work model gives employee a freedom to manager personal as well as organisational goals effectively.

Dislikes

Slow growth and appraisals scale . Some projects are really hectic that really on the nerves of the employees . Some initial positions do require some great efforts like to log in for 11/12 hrs to maintain the average login hours report .

The culture is not good, they force you to sit and keep your system active for 7 hrs and the appraisal is drastic, the work environment is toxic and I feel like this company is not worth to stay for long time.

Work culture, toxicity, no work life balance and no professionalism, not safe for girls, male employees harrase female employees and when female employees go and complaint about it, management blames it on them instead of investigating it.

If you are freshers then must join for experience because it gives good opportunity at initial step and later on it will treat you as trash

Salary increment is maximum 3-7% for band 4 even on good rating so you can assume if your rating is average or below average then how much yearly increment you will get... promotion criteria is fixed that you can not promote till 24 months and after that they will intentionally delay it by saying you have not completed genome wave in past year or not submitted any lean idea or not completed Green belt project etc...on promotion increment is only 15%...Read More

It's very good company, but few managers are dogs who doesn't care about process, only matters how can they flirt with the girls and destroy the other employees career.
