Always having security of the job job because because they have multiple process so if any process or team get ramp down then they adjust the bench employee first.

Dislikes

Transportation. They don't provide AC cab in the summer which is very hectic in the summer. It is very tough to commute office without having Ac in the can ( Specially in the summer)

No growth. No learning. Hostile environment. No one listen you. Move you any other process without discussing with you. Manger and uper management chill but make under there employees working culture hell. You can face all this.

Genpact india give very less salary that demotivated to the employees most of the time . Nobody want leaves genpact because of less salary all employees search other jobs.

Some process are at Genpact was horrible that's not the Genpact fault but it's completely unacceptable by internal processes mostly we are working 10 hours per day with out taking any breaks on time

You can have the flexibility in the work culture but it depends on your department management how they effectively manage the things.

Dislikes

Transport policy of the cab is only 1 side for thr morning shift employees that is also without ACs in summers along with the deduction in your salary. Salary/benefits/promotion are not good Here.

Genpact is a worst company no work life balance, low salary hike, no promotions, no night shift allowance, daily extending work, month end is very terrible 😣🤢 management asking to work on Saturdays and they will pay low weekend amount.

There is too much to dislike. If you join as a fresher on the company payroll the annual salary is 2,00,000 fixed. Even an apprentice has better salary than you of 15,700 per month with no deductions. If you join as an experienced person then your salary might be better. Also, annual appraisal is of only 7%. Also, it is mandatory todo the RTO ( Return To Office) twice a week but there is a partiality. If you have good bonding with your TL then you can come once a month or do not come as well. Promotion criteria is foolish like it is mandatory to complete genome trainings to get a Promotion. Promotion should be done on the basis of performance not trainings. Also, the time period of getting the Promotion is the worst in the industry. What they say is after 2 years you will be eligible for Promotion. From What I have experienced is my Promotion got delayed for 7 months for no solid reason. Good work life balance. Started Focuse on AI and skill development forbthe employees by company. Automation of projects.

Dislikes

Poor management system, partiality in assignment distribution,bioness of management,favoratism culture. And poor management for the project handling . Low salary promotion partiality amongst favourite employee, hardworking and scencere employee is not rewarding as appraisal and promotion.

If you will work in Genpact you feel we are working for some branded company and you gonna totally satisfied with this. Job security is also good.

Dislikes

In terms of salary and appraisal you may dis-sattisfied and if I talk about particularly for Entry level profile or band 5 you gonna disappointed for the insurance which they provided which cover only employee self, It not included cover apart from you.

Work pressure is less and no doubt manager and FLM are very kind and helpful. I feel them like my family members.

Dislikes

If you join here as an apprentice your salary will not be revised after you get permanent. Salary hike will be 7% on that. My 3 years is going to complete, still now my basic is ₹18000 without any HRA because I joined here as an apprentice. If you switch to Genpact from other company then it is ok. But it is not ok for freshers like me to continue here as you will get everything in peanut quality
