Everything is cool here only except yearly hike and promotion otherwise work culture is very good. Work life balance is also good

How much good project you got depends on ur luck. Salary hikes to most of candidate is in one digit only. Getting promotions is very tough one of my friend worked for 6 year but not got promotion
